Various UX Improvements
Introducing a new way to add to routines, icons, and fewer clicks!

This update is a larger one! There's a whole bunch of user experience improvements I've rolled out to help more easily build routines, navigate the app, and have some fast contextual understanding of what you're looking at.
Play Buttons Start Practice Immediately
You'll notice a change in play buttons everywhere - they now jump you straight into the tune, exercise, routine, or open practice immediately instead of having an intermediate screen that you have to click through to start practicing.
For those of you who like looking at the routine practice preview screen that shows things like which smart tunes are being selected, and which books you may need to start your routine, this page can be accessed simply by clicking on the routine name instead of the play button next to it.
New Action Menu for Tunes
For a while now I've wanted to make it easier to build up practice routines, and have a less disconnected feel between managing your tunes and practicing. You'll notice a revamp of the action menu on the learning, repertoire, and exercises pages, including a brand new action - a + button that lets you add a tune to a routine, or create a new routine.
Icons & Colors
Once I changed the action menu, it became a lot harder visually to understand whether you were on the learning or repertoire pages, since the action menus now look very similar. As a result, I've started adding icons and colors for tunes you're learning, tunes part of your repertoire, exercises, and the top level menus.
And more...
Small things have also been adjusted, such as:
When playing tunes one-off or open practicing, the timer will show immediately instead of taking a second to load.
When moving tunes from learning to repertoire, you won't be bumped to another tab, and instead get a notice about the move.
The titles on the learning, exercises, and repertoire pages have been updated to help with context.
The Routines page now shows when a routine has last been played.
Columns have been adjusted on the tunes list on mobile.
